Eligibility

Any artist 18 years of age or older may apply. Works may be 2 or 3 dimensional and must be appropriate for viewers of all ages. Artists may arrange to rent gallery space on their own from downtown businesses or receive help from DHP finding storefronts to use without fees. Spaces will be assigned based on order of receipt of registration. Gallery spaces may represent one or multiple artists. Art works must be original; no kits or prints. All gallery spaces require approval by OVAL.

 

Entry Fee

A non-refundable fee of $35.00 must accompany each artist’s application. There will be no commission on sales. Fee entitles artists to the following:

• Help finding storefront exhibit space 

• Downtown promotional window posters 

• Inclusion in detailed event program

• Free advertisement and promotion leading up to the event

 

Exhibitor’s Responsibilities 

Artists are responsible for lighting, hanging art, cleaning gallery space, set up, any special furnishings and signage. Exterior signage for gallery will be provided.
